1. What Global DataNest is
Global DataNest is a discovery platform for publicly available information about notable, public figures, sourced from openly licensed reference sources. It is not an identity-verification service, background-check tool, or private-person lookup service, and must not be used for those purposes. See About and How it works for more.
2. Source and coverage notice
Profiles organize information supplied by attributed public sources. Coverage may be incomplete, delayed, disputed, or unavailable, and source records should be consulted before relying on an important fact.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Harass, stalk, defame, or attempt to locate or contact a private individual.
- Scrape, mirror, or bulk-extract content outside of any officially provided API or export tool.
- Misrepresent information found on the Service as verified fact without independently checking the original source.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
4. Accuracy of information
Profile information is intended to reflect publicly documented facts drawn from the sources listed on Data sources, but Global DataNest does not independently verify every fact and cannot guarantee accuracy or completeness. If you believe a profile contains an error, please use the "Report incorrect information" option on that profile, or see our Copyright policy for content-removal requests.
5. Intellectual property
The Global DataNest name, logo, and visual design are the property of Global DataNest. Profile content is drawn from openly licensed third-party sources and remains subject to those sources' own licensing terms, credited on each profile.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global DataNest will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
