Copyright policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
Global DataNest organizes publicly available information about notable people, drawn from openly licensed reference sources. This page explains how source material is credited and how to request a correction or removal.
1. Source material and licensing
Biographical text, facts, images, and work metadata are drawn from attributed providers such as Wikimedia, Wikidata, Open Library, MusicBrainz, and configured specialist sources. Each item remains subject to its source's terms and licence. Profiles and work pages link to original records where available; see Data sources for details.
2. Platform-owned assets
The Global DataNest name, logo, brand marks, and the design and code of this website are owned by Global DataNest and are not covered by the source licenses described above.
3. Reporting a copyright concern
If you believe content on Global DataNest infringes a copyright you hold, please contact us with:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- The specific profile page or URL where the material appears.
- Your contact information and a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
We will review reports and, where appropriate, remove or correct the material and update the source attribution.
4. Incorrect or outdated information
For factual errors that are not copyright concerns — such as an outdated fact or a misspelled name — use the "Report incorrect information" option available on every profile page instead.
5. Contact us
Copyright reports and questions about this policy can be sent through the contact form.
